The following services cover legal advice on cross-border blockchain technology transactions. The scope of the legal advice is however limited to United Kingdom and European Union law. This means that legal advice can be provided on projects based outside the European Union or the United Kingdom (Financial market laws, GDPR, EU consumer law, etc.) subject to United Kingdom or European Union law applying. 

Any matter not expressly mentioned is not included in the services. If, in addition to the advice or legal texts provided by us, you need specific assistance on elements of the domestic law of the jurisdiction in which the project is based, such assistance should be provided by a law firm of that jurisdiction; we can help you to find one and coordinate the work.
