Claudio Novebaci was born in Turin in 1958 and holds a Law Degree from the University of Turin. He is a civil lawyer specialising in Italian and international corporate law, and is also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.
His professional work is primarily focused on advising businesses, guided by an approach that integrates both legal and commercial perspectives. In the past, he has been involved in corporate crisis management, including insolvency proceedings and special administration.
His experience serving on the boards of listed companies has enabled him to develop substantial expertise in the managerial aspects of business operations.
He regularly advises clients on M&A transactions and has, for several years, successfully overseen the internationalisation of predominantly Italian companies into European and US markets.
